Eligibility Requirements

How much does the program cost?+
The core Community Finance Program is free for accepted students. Partner sponsorship and grants cover tuition so cost isn't a barrier to a banking career.
What language is the program offered in?+
All instruction, materials, and coaching are offered in English.
How long does it take to get placed in a job?+
Most graduates are placed within 30–60 days of finishing the program. We send referrals to partner banks throughout Nashville and provide direct hire support.
What if I don't have banking experience?+
That's exactly who this program is for. We start with customer service and financial literacy fundamentals, no prior banking experience required.
